How do I report questions and answers which spread lies about Barack Obama?

Just because you disagree with someone doesn’t mean that they are lying. No one but Barack Obama knows the whole truth about his life. Accusing people of lying over this is ridiculous. You are just as wrong in my eyes as they are in your eyes.
